Questions
- What does attorney review mean?
- A lawyer licensed in your state reads your documents and your answers before you sign, and can ask for changes. Nothing is final until they approve it.
- What does membership do after the first year?
- For $99 a year, updated documents keep going to the attorney for review, and the vault, messages and files have no limit. If it ends, everything you saved stays, and nothing is held back from the people you chose.
- Is there a discount for couples?
- Yes. When your spouse already has a plan, yours is 40% off.
- I already bought Essentials. Can I move to the Trust Plan?
- Yes. What you paid for Essentials comes off the Trust Plan price.
- What does it cost my executor?
- Nothing to see the plan, deadlines and ledger. The filled court forms and the accountant's export are included when your membership is active at death, or $199 once for the estate.
